Policies

Vaccinations:

Our providers strongly believe in vaccinating all children that are medically able to receive the recommended vaccines. We do not accept families that are unwilling to vaccinate as per the AAP(American Association of Pediatrics) recommendations. We do not accept religious exemptions. We do not allow the spacing out of vaccinations without a documented medical reason. If you refuse to vaccinate your child according to the recommended schedule, we ask that you find another provider who shares your views.

No Show/Late Show to appointments:

If you do not show up or arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it is considered a No Show and we may need to reschedule your appointment to another day and time. If you cancel your appointment with less than 2 hour's notice, it will also be considered a No Show. Families that accumulate 3 No Shows over a 3 year period will be at risk of being discharged from our practice.

Insurance:

You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your child's insurance in a timely manner. If you do not, you may end up being reponsible to pay for any visits accrued.
