Mimi

Minisci, M.A.

I was born in Port Charlotte, FL. I completed high school at North Port High School, moved onto getting my Articulated CNA license at Charlotte Technical Institute. I am an office trained Medical assistant and I am currently in school to further educate myself in nursing.

I have worked at Cranberry Elementary school for 2 years prior to work in a Doctor’s office. I worked as a teacher’s aide and after school care aide. After finishing my courses at Charlotte Tech I got my first job in the medical field at a Family Medicine Practice. I worked as a MA there for almost 3 years until I started building my own family and met Dr Cepero with my first son.

I have one child of my own who will soon be 4. I am also expecting my second

Child in February of 2018. I love spending time with my family, going on spontaneous trips with them. I love to go to the beach for sunset, riding bikes to the park or around the neighborhood or finger painting on our back porch. No matter what we do or where we go, it is always an adventure.

I started working with Dr Cepero as a Pediatric Medical Assistant in Oct of 2014, and have been blessed with my work family here ever since. I love working here because being at work you want to love what you do. The kids are easy to fall in love with and keep you smiling, but it is even better when you have a family away from home to keep you going, and I feel that is exactly what our practice has here.
